SUMMARY:Mushroom Extravaganza - Upottery
DESCRIPTION:Join local botanist David Allen on a guided walk\, in search of wild mushrooms. \nThis woodland walk will give you a chance to learn how to identify mushrooms and toadstools and find out about their ecology. We may need to drive a short distance\, preferably car-sharing\, from the pub where we’ll meet to reach the woodland. \nFollowing the walk\, master chef Andrew Long will demonstrate preparation and cooking methods\, with a chance to sample a selection of the dishes he prepares! There there will also be a display of finds to demonstrate relationships between the species found. \nNumbers are strictly limited to 15 at all events\, so booking is essential.
