DESCRIPTION:An exhibition of artworks from the Does Happiness Grow on Trees? competition that the three Somerset AONB’s ran during Naturally Healthy Month this year. \nPeople from around Somerset entered the competition which challenged them to come up with artwork illustrating how being in green spaces and exploring local landscapes makes them feel. \nThis exhibition includes the winning entries from the competition and a selection of the artworks submitted\, including painting\, drawing\, photography\, poetry and creative writing getting up close to flowers\, mud\, plants\, insects and wildlife. \n

DESCRIPTION:Join local botanist\, David Allen\, on this guided walk – search for wild mushrooms\, learn their ecology and how to identify them. There will be a display of our finds after the walk and a chance to sample a mushroom appetiser. \nThis foray will be a little wilder than the others\, with some of the mushrooms cooked on an open fire in the woods. \nThis is a free event with the Neroche Woodlanders\, supported by the Blackdown Hills Farming and Woodland Group‘s facilitation fund. \n
