This programme of volunteer-led health walks offer a chance to explore the outdoors\, get to know the local area\, have a chat and meet new friends. Anyone can turn up and join in – it is free\, fun and friendly. \nPlease wear suitable clothing and walking shoes\, and bring a water bottle especially in warm weather. \nGrade 3: Walk may include steeper slopes\, steps\, uneven surfaces and stiles.
