SUMMARY:Free nature and wellbeing course
DESCRIPTION:Learn new skills\, be outside\, meet new people and feel better! \nDuring these inspiring six week courses we will explore the ‘five pathways to nature connectedness’: contact\, beauty\, emotion\, compassion and meaning. \nYou will learn self-care techniques including nature based mindfulness\, sit-spots and gratitude. You will also get to try activities such as natural crafts\, outdoor cooking\, and practical conservation activities. \nThis course is for you if you are feeling socially isolated and/or are experiencing mild to moderate  depression\, low mood\, anxiety or  stress. \nAll activities have been fully Covid-19 risk assessed and group sizes will be limited. \nFree transport available if required. \nRuns weekly on a Thursday from 10am until 2.30pm. \nThe next course runs for six weeks from 14th April to 19th May. \nFor more information and to book a place\, please get in contact with Hermione on 07783 516611 or email snc@somersetwildlife.org \n \n
