This free event is perfect for all ages\, with hands-on activities\, fascinating local history\, and delicious cream teas. \nDiscover the stories behind: \n\n🐄 The first Calf Club\n🥛 The milk factory\n⚽ The recreation ground and hall\n🕊️ The war memorial… and much more!\n\nFree family crafts and activities: \n\nDecorate a Calf Club rosette: learn about the Calf Club and make your own colourful award rosette with ribbons and paper.\nBuild a mini milk churn: create and decorate small milk churn to take home.\nButter churning demonstration: try shaking a jar of cream to make your own mini portion of butter!\nGuess the mystery object table\nFarm yard play trays for younger children\n\nRefreshments available \nDrop-in event\, but let us know you’re coming by reserving a ticket! \nThis event is part of the Blackdown Hills Landscape Festival of Heritage 2025. \n  \n
